Beet Recovery Protein Balls

Protein balls are one of my favorite afternoon snacks. They help to satisfy my sweet tooth without packing on added sugar and have the added benefit of protein.

By adding beet powder to this traditional recipe, you are adding so many health benefits that can help improve heart health, contribute to muscle protein synthesis & repair, and add vitamins and nutrients! Check out my post on the benefits of beets below to read all about the nutrients you are adding!
