Choclate Covered Dates are one of my favorite healthy desserts. They are so easy to make and taste exactly like a snickers bar. Indulge in a valentines treat with all the the flavor and none of the guilt. These bites are full of antioxidants, fiber, polyphenols and will satsify your sweet tooth!

These minimal ingredient Chocolate covered Dates are the perfect Valentines Day Treat! Made with just 4 ingredients and toped with Rose they come together in just a pinch!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Shape the Pitted Medjool dates into heart shapes
- Top each with 1 tsp Peanut or Almond butter spreading evenly on top
- Place chocolate chips in microwave or over double boiler.
- If microwaving melt chocolate in 30 second intervals , mixing inbetween until melted . If heating over a double boiler, bring water to a boil and mix chocolate over medium low heat until melted.
- Drop the Nut butter covered Dates into the melted choclate. Top with sea salt and rose petals.
- Place in the freezer and wait until solid! De-thaw for about 10 minutes before serving!
